Dubai’s $1 Billion Twin Towers to Feature Exclusive Rooftop Pool
A pair of 591-foot skyscrapers is set to redefine luxury living in Dubai’s Marasi Marina, featuring a daring rooftop infinity pool connecting the two towers. However, this 43-foot sky pool is not for public access – it is part of an exclusive ultra-penthouse within the Regent Residences Dubai, a $1 billion development slated for completion in 2027.
Designed by Foster + Partners, the 35,000-square-foot penthouse includes six bedrooms, a gym, and a private elevator. The development will house 63 residences, each covering at least 6,500 square feet, with private swimming terraces and access to an 82-foot indoor lap pool.
The project, a collaboration between real estate company Sankari and IHG Hotels & Resorts, also includes 10 floating water villas, as well as luxury amenities like tennis courts, outdoor lounges, a private cinema, and a virtual golf simulator. The towers’ twisting form and cascading pool terraces, inspired by flowing water, aim to make them a distinctive landmark in Dubai.
The Regent Residences is part of a larger redevelopment of Marasi Marina in Business Bay, near Burj Khalifa.
